Terms and Conditions

BY APPROVING YOUR PROOF YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This is your Digital Proof of your file. This proof is a "last look" before we proceed in the production process. Digital Proofs are designed to show you the composition of your print job. Please make sure the type flows properly and all images, logos and graphic elements are presented as they should for printing. Digital Proofs are not representative of color or resolution since they are small web based files. There may be a noticeable resolution discrepancy in the images, PDF proofs are not 100% color accurate, however if the difference is quite radical, please bring that to our attention. The customer is responsible for the final decision to proceed with the printing of this order and thus assumes full responsibility. Your order will be placed on hold until the proof is approved.

Postal Delivery and Handling

We Mail For You has no control over the U.S. Postal Service. When we deliver a client’s mailing to the post office, it is inspected for proper preparation and if approved, accepted into the mail stream. Once the client's mail is delivered to the    post office, We Mail For You has completed its obligation and has no further obligation or liability for the mailing. Under no circumstance will We Mail For You be held responsible for delays in delivery, damage to the mail pieces, or loss of mail    after it has been accepted by the Post Office.

Payment Terms

We Mail For You requires payment in full at the time the order is placed. Unless other payment terms have been previously arranged in writing, your job will be placed on hold until payment in full is made. A $50.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks in addition to the original amount due. Additionally, you agree that should a check be returned to us – you authorize We Mail For You to charge all outstanding payments to any other form of payment (such as a credit card) that you have used with We Mail For You in the past.  

Turnaround Times

Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. It is the client’s responsibility to plan time sensitive mailings far enough in advance to accommodate any delays that may occur.For expedited projects, if We Mail For You does not print or ship the project on schedule, the client will be entitled to a refund of the expedite fees paid, but the project may not be cancelled.

Mailing Lists

All lists purchased/rented through We Mail For You are compiled by an outside source. With all data lists, there may be inaccuracies.  We Mail For You can only guarantee that the order was placed with the data provider with the criteria the client requested. The industry average for returns on non-deliverable mail (even after list processing (CASS, PAVE, & NCOA) is between 10% and 15%. If the list you use for your mailing was purchased/rented through We Mail For You we will assume responsibility only for amounts above 10% on consumer lists and 15% on business lists and only if the list has been used within 60 days of purchase/rental. We Mail For You will give a credit of $0.40 towards future services for any amount returned over 10% on consumer lists and over 15% on business lists. To obtain such credit the client must return all of the returned mail pieces to We Mail For You prior to the issuance of any credit. Credits must be used within 1 year of issue. Unless otherwise specified in writing in advance, all rented mailing lists are provided on a one-time use basis. 

Errors in Mailing

Damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed excluding the cost of postage. At the sole discretion of We Mail For You we will either refund the services cost of the project (excluding postage) or prepare a corrected mailing. For corrected mailings the client is responsible for the postage due to mail the corrected mailing. In no case is We Mail For You liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job.

Printing and Mailing Quantities

Printing and mailing services are provided using high speed automated production equipment. As is typical with most production processes – some scrap is normal and expected. Because of this delivery or mailing of +/- 5% of ordered quantity shall constitute satisfactory completion of the order. 

Response to Mailings

We Mail For You does not guarantee response rates to mailings. Any response rates discussed by We Mail For You, its Employees, contained in its marketing material or on its website are only projections of potential response rates. Absolutely no refunds will be given based on low or no response rates.

Color Matching

Because of the differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions a variance between electronic proofs and the completed job is expected, unavoidable, and shall constitute acceptable delivery. We Mail For You will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the client and the proof produced by We Mail For You. However, We Mail For You does not guarantee color matching.

Severability of Provisions

In a court of law if any of the provisions of this document are found unenforceable the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver by We Mail For You

Waiver by We Mail For You of any particular provision herein, shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision.  Moreover, a waiver by We Mail For You of any particular provision shall be considered a one-time waiver, and shall not constitute a waiver of that provision in the future.

Promotion: Buy three qualifying postcard orders and receive one matching order free. The free order will match the lowest priced order in the set. Any changes will void the promotion and standard pricing will apply.

Paper Options: The free order will use the same paper type selected for the lowest priced order in the set. Paper types cannot be mixed to increase value.

Limitations: Limited to one-time use per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Exclusions: Discount applies to 6" x 11" postcards only.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of U.S.A.

No Cash Value: Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
